So hard to say goodbye…0
So Masood leaves me a message yesterday on my cell. It was really short; just said he wanted to say goodbye and inshallah he’ll see me in August. I was like wtf? I call him back, he didn’t answer. I call Khaled, he didn’t answer. I call Haroon’s cell, he didn’t answer. I call Masood again, he picks up and says he can’t talk cuz he’s on the plane. At this point I had an inkling he was going off to med school. Finally, Khaled returns my call and confirms it. I was just like…wow. I had no idea he’d be leaving so soon 
. It’s all good though, my duas akhi…I’ll see you in August inshallah.
